From your description I think you have 2 problems. 1) The hybrid battery is getting weak, 2) The inverter/converter may be faulty. Hybrid & Electric is our vehicle franchise for hybrid repairs and Power Jockey distribution and installation. Hopefully we can get 1 setup in Kenya.
