Important. Our hybrid battery warranty is a 1 year return to base warranty. This means that if your reconditioned battery fails you will have to return it to our factory for repairs at your cost. We understand that customers outside of Auckland are at a disadvantage but this is something that is beyond our control. In time other branches may open up but at this stage we operate out of 2 locations in Auckland.

Australian Customers
Jet worldwide will handle the airfreight shipment from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. This is a door to door service. Their fee is based on cost of internal freight to and from the three main centres and return airfreight to Auckland New Zealand. You can of course deliver to their three main centres.
Jet worldwide will handle all customs import and export documentation to and from New Zealand.
Although Jet Worldwide will deliver to you in Australia, you will still have to process import documentation and pay GST charges from Australian customs if any. Jet Worldwide will be able to assist with this.

3) NZ customs : If applicable

We will arrange everything from our end. You will only need to supply us with you address for pickup and delivery. This is a door to door service and includes metropolitan area pickup and delivery. Everything is prearranged. You just ring jet worldwide at the number above they will pickup and deliver to your door.
If you live outside of these 3 centres then an internal freight charge applies. Please ask us about this charge.

Jet worldwide can handle the airfreight shipment or you can arrange freight to and from our factory.

Sea Freight
Some customers may have several battery packs for repair. In this case it will be cheaper to send them seafreight. Please contact us to discuss.
You will have to handle import documentation and charges for your home customs.
Warranty
Each battery after reconditioning is tested in a car to ensure that it is operating correctly and that it will perform under stress. We offer 1 year free parts and labour warranty provided you install the power jockey. (There is no battery warranty on reconditioning service without a Power 1ockey installation. )
If the battery fails during the warranty period due to normal operating conditions, we will remedy the problem for no extra charge. After this period we charge parts and labour only to a maximum of $500.
This is a return to base warranty meaning that getting the battery to us is at the owners cost.
